



























C-Two Group is a family owned and operated business that began in 2003 when the Rosas family acquired the York Hotel and Empire Plush Room in San Francisco, California. Soon thereafter, a second hotel was added to the portfolio and the company was off and running. Over the years, C-Two Group has grown rapidly and expanded to include managing independently owned hotel properties and operating various entertainment venues. The Rosas family (Trinidad, Catherine and Christopher) targeted the company to operate hotels in the downtown San Francisco. The company’s goal was to provide a family-friendly environment with high quality customer service to meet the needs of business and tourist traveler. All the founders have progressive management experience working in marketing & sales, consulting service, IT services, large development projects, and financial and administrative services. The principals have also owned and operated residential and commercial real estate. Two other principals have been added to the family company, Mr. Troy Hammer and Ms. Elizabeth Rosas. .
Catherine C. Rosas (b. 1942, d. 2004)

The company was named in honor of Catherine Cecilia Rosas, loving wife and mother who passed in 2004. Catherine was affectionately referred to as “C-Two” based on her initials. It is in her honor that we carry on the dedication to excellence that she represented so well.
