C-Two Group is a family owned and operated business that began in 2003 when the Rosas family acquired the York Hotel and Empire Plush Room in San Francisco, California. Soon thereafter, the Adante Hotel was added to the portfolio and the company was off and running. Over the years, C-Two Group has grown rapidly and expanded to include managing independently owned hotel properties and operating various entertainment venues. If you are an owner or investor in a hotel or entertainment property and wish to find out more about C-Two Group, please contact Christopher Rosas
Trinidad Rosas and his son Christopher M. Rosas have been working together for years in a variety of business pursuits, including residential and commercial real estate, transportation, IT Services and Internet Entertainment. Together, they have always brought passion and hard work to businesses that have otherwise been unable to realize their full potential. Trinidad Rosas, a graduate of Cal State Long Beach has had a long business history that has ranged from a Division Business Manager at TRW Aerospace, Inc. to owning his own business in aerospace consulting. After attending the University of San Francisco and Loyola Marymount University, Christopher Rosas found great success in the television commercial industry. It was after that success that he and his father started, operated and sold a wide variety of businesses. Having entered into the hotel and entertainment business, it is that same passion for greater potential that they have brought to the hospitality industry. After serving nearly 8 years in the accounting and consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Troy Hammer joined Christopher and Trinidad in early 2004 in assisting to operate the York Hotel and Adante Hotel. Troy was admitted as a Principal in the Company in 2005. Most recently, Elizabeth Rosas has joined the family business as Vice President, Finance and Administration.
The company was named in honor of Catherine Cecilia Rosas, loving wife and mother who passed in 2004. Catherine was affectionately referred to as “C-Two” based on her initials. It is in her honor that we carry on the dedication to excellence that she represented so well.
Catherine C. Rosas (b. 1942, d. 2004)
